The shorthanded New York Knicks are facing a daunting test against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday. The Knicks will take on the contending Timberwolves with All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns questionable with a thumb injury.

Jalen Brunson had 26 points and Cam Payne scored all 18 of his points in a span of 4:17, but the Knicks couldn't keep up with the Timberwolves.

DiVincenzo had replaced Mike Conley in the starting lineup just six games ago and was stellar during that stretch, averaging 17.5 points on 42.1% shooting from three, along with 5.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.
