NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Ja Morant scored 32 points and Desmond Bane added 30 to lead the Memphis Grizzlies past the New Orleans Pelicans 107-104 on Sunday night. Morant also had six assists and three steals for the Grizzlies, who trailed 64-57 at halftime.
In a game the Memphis Grizzlies needed to win, three of the team's longest-tenured players stepped up with big performances.
Ja Morant scored 31 points (24 in the second half) to help the Grizzlies end their four-game losing streak. Desmond Bane also had a big night: 27 points, a career-high 16 rebounds and six assists.
