GoodRx (Nasdaq: GDRX) has teamed up with Novo Nordisk (NOV: N) to make all dose levels of Ozempic (semaglutide) and Wegovy (semaglutide) available to eligible self-paying patients for $499 per month.

GoodRx (NASDAQ:GDRX) jumped 18% after revealing a partnership with Novo Nordisk (NYSE:NVO) to offer Ozempic and Wegovy to eligible self-paying patients at a monthly price of $499. This agreement represents a notable price cut for these widely used GLP-1 medications and marks the first time Ozempic is available at this self-pay rate.

GoodRx (GDRX) shares soared nearly 50% on Monday after announcing a GLP-1 partnership with the Danish pharmaceutical behemoth Novo Nordisk (NVO). In a press release this morning, the Nasdaq-listed firm said “all strengths of Ozempic and Wegovy pens are now available to eligible self-paying patients for $499-per-month through GoodRx.
