Apple plans to source over 19 billion chips from U.S. facilities in 2025 — including tens of millions from TSMC’s Arizona fab — while investing $500 billion to expand its American operations.

Foxconn and Tata are allegedly in talks to increase production of Apple hardware. Consumers might see a slight price increase for these devices.

Apple CEO Tim Cook also said Vietnam will manufacture almost all iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and AirPods products sold in the US.

Apple is shifting its iPhone manufacturing hub to India for US-bound shipments starting in the June quarter, with Foxconn and Tata Group scaling up production. This strategic move aims to mitigate potential tariff impacts from China.
