Sunday marks one week since a fire ripped through an assisted living facility in Fall River, killing ten residents.
The Bristol County DA reported the update Friday saying, "it was due to a miscommunication with a medical agency."
Less than a week after the fatal fire at Gabriel House in Fall River, the family of a resident has retained the legal services of Morgan & Morgan, the law firm announced in a press release. In initial reports, nine people were killed and more than 30 hospitalized as a result of the July 13 fire.
