Neville Arena will be the site of the first edition of ESPN’s ‘College Basketball GameDay’ next Saturday, the network announced on Friday. The Tigers are set to host No. 6 Tennessee in one of the premier matchups of the college basketball season thus far.

ESPN’s College GameDay is taking its show on the road for the first time this college basketball season. The network announced on Friday that GameDay will air live from Auburn University on Saturday,

Both the student gate and main entrance to Neville Arena will open at 7 a.m. on Jan. 25 ahead of the show. Students will receive an email from Auburn Athletics on Tuesday with information on how entry for College GameDay and re-entry for the game will work.

ESPN announced Friday that "College GameDay" will be on hand when Tennessee basketball plays at Auburn on Jan. 25.

For the fifth-straight season, ESPN's College GameDay is returning to Auburn, AL on Saturday, Jan. 25. College GameDay will air inside of Neville Arena from 10-11 a.m. CST with tipoff between the No. 1 Tigers and No. 6 Volunteers at 7:30 p.m CST.

This is the fifth straight season that the show has come to the Plains. Auburn is the only basketball school to host College GameDay in the last five seasons

For the fifth straight season, ESPN's "College GameDay" will do a show from Neville Arena, this one ahead of a top-10 matchup in January.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — College GameDay announced it'll preview the Tennessee and Auburn men's basketball matchup for its first road show of the year. "We're heading to Auburn for a big-time SEC showdown," College GameDay posted on "X" Friday.

The show will be taking their crew to Auburn, where the Tigers will host the Tennessee Volunteers in what should be a monumental showdown between two of the best teams in the SEC, and the country as a whole. Check out their announcement below.

ESPN analyst Andraya Carter believes that when it's down to Auburn and Duke, Auburn is the best team in the country.
