A Boston person was arrested during a death investigation after a body was found on a houseboat Sunday night, police said.

BOSTON — A death investigation is underway at the Charlestown Marina in Boston, authorities announced Monday morning. Officers were called to Shipway Place in Charlestown shortly before 11:45 p.m. on Sunday.

Officers went to Shipway Place in Charlestown around 10:39 p.m. Sunday, Sgt. Detective John Boyle, the department’s chief spokesman, wrote in an email. Homicide detectives were requested and are leading a death investigation, Boyle said.
