On Monday, Judge Lewis J. Liman granted Lively's request in documents obtained and reviewed by Entertainment Weekly. Per the ruling, Lively may choose the space of her deposition but must make arrangements for Baldoni's legal team to have a dedicated computer and the ability to print and copy documents throughout.

Baldoni's team alleged in their response that Lively is using her “celebrity status” to dictate and control the deposition, "at a location of her choosing"
