Both movies were critical and commercial flops. Wirkola's "Beneath the Storm," now "Shiver," was originally slated for release on Aug. 1, 2025, but will now have to wait almost a year to hit cinemas.

The studio also shifted the release of Tommy Wirkola’s upcoming shark thriller “Beneath the Storm,” pushing it from August to July 3, 2026, to serve as a centerpiece of its blockbuster slate.
