Australia’s tail wagged a little longer to reach 445 all out before a stunning opening spell by Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood had India in early trouble at 22-3 in its reply at lunch on the third day of the third cricket test.

Australia got themselves into a dominant position heading into Day 3 of the third Test against India. Travis Head was the star of Day 2 with another score above 150, while Steve Smith finally broke his triple-figure drought with a gritty hundred.
