RESTON, VA — More than 200 contemporary artists and artisans from across the U.S. will be converging on Reston Town Center in Reston this weekend for the 34th Tephra ICA Arts Festival.

Following a national search, Reston-based Tephra Institute of Contemporary Art (Tephra ICA) today announced the appointment of Jonell Jaime Logan as the Institute's new Executive Director & Curator.
