Zali Musah, who lives in Southwest D.C., said she saw the airplane that collided with a military helicopter near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport go into the Potomac River on Jan. 29, 2025. She watched rescue efforts as crews search for the people who were on board the plane as well as the helicopter which also went into the water.
