BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Belgian weaving machine maker Picanol has bought a 27.6 percent stake in Belgian chemicals group Tessenderlo Chemie from French state-owned explosives and propellants maker SNPE.
The cost of the revamp at the cotton weaving plant has not been disclosed but it includes new Picanol weaving technology, slasher upgrades, silo yarn system, cloth monitoring system and loom cleaning.
