County sheriff’s deputies say Michael Allen Stone, 38, of Malden, West Virginia, was arrested Friday evening. The incident happened Dec. 27 at the Speedway along Campbell’s Creek Drive.

Deputies got reports of a two-vehicle crash on Campbell’s Creek Road in Malden shortly after 2 ... but authorities have not located him. West Virginia State Police is taking over the investigation.
