We explain how to insert Bullets to Text Box in an Excel spreadsheet. The Bullet feature is not available in Microsoft Excel by default; you have to enable it.

Place your cursor into the text box at the top of the window and type in a password if desired. Anyone who wants to move the chart will need the password to first unlock the worksheet.
