Shein Group Ltd. is considering switching its planned initial public offering to Hong Kong from London, people familiar with the matter said, representing the latest twist in the fast-fashion retailer’s turbulent pursuit of going public.

Shein is reportedly planning to list in Hong Kong, not London this year, with the company aiming to file a prospectus in the coming weeks. That's according to Reuters, which says the fast fashion giant is eyeing up the listing in Asia after its proposed London IPO failed to secure the approval of Chinese regulators.
