To make passkeys easier to use, Google is starting to sync them across Android and desktop devices, including Windows PCs. The change is coming to Google Password Manager, which previously could only store the passkeys on Android phones — not share them directly through any PCs you also happen to own.

Google is rolling out a really useful update for Google Password Manager, allowing users to sync passkeys across their many devices. Up until this point, folks could only save passkeys to Google Password Manager on Android,

To start using passkeys on a new device, users need to enter their Google Password Manager PIN or the screen lock for their Android device. After entering these credentials, the saved passkeys will sync across all devices.
