Severe weather threat returns to Chicago area; damaging winds, heavy downpours, hail possible
The threat of strong to severe storms returns to the Chicago area Tuesday, the NBC 5 Storm Team said, with the chance for winds gusting as high as 60 mph at times and heavy downpours as summer-like temperatures return to the forecast.
