Premiering in the summer of 2000, "Survivor" is one of the longest-running reality programs on television. Its 49th season is set to premiere this fall and CBS is already getting Season 50 ready with a cast pulled from all over the series, including "The White Lotus" creator Mike White.

Titled "In the Hands of the Fans," "Survivor" fans were able to vote on several aspects of the Season 50 game prior to filming, including whether to have hidden immunity idols available for players and if there will be a final four fire-making challenge.

Before announcing the cast of All-Stars on Wednesday, Jeff Probst and CBS put the season's twits in the hands of the fans.
