A Minneapolis elementary school teacher is facing 14 felony charges after police found a phone in his possession with at least nine images containing child sexual abuse material, according to a criminal complaint.

Police are asking parents to talk to their children to see if they have been in contact with Fowler, and if so to contact the sheriff’s office.
