Thailand's Patty Tavatanakit and American Jake Knapp birdied two of the last three holes to grab a one-stroke victory at the Grant Thornton Invitational, a PGA and LPGA pairs tournament.

UCLA alums Jake Knapp and Patty Tavatanakit birdied the entire front nine in a scramble format Friday and finished eagle-birdie for a 14-under 58.

Tavatanakit and Knapp came out on top in the 32-player team event at the state of the art Tiburon Golf Club and The Ritz-Carlton Naples (Florida).
