The Bombay High Court has granted permanent medical bail to Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal, who is facing money laundering charges. Goyal, 75, had sought bail for cancer treatment. He was arrested last September by the Enforcement Directorate for allegedly laundering Rs 538.

In May, a single bench of Justice N J Jamadar granted interim bail to Goyal on medical grounds. Justice Jamadar made the interim order permanent today.
