On Friday, coroner officials released a statement saying Jeff Sperbeck, John Elway's agent, cause of death was ruled accidental and resulted from blunt head trauma.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office said there is "nothing to indicate that this is anything more than a tragic accident."

This, from all appearances and from all evidence, seems to just be a horrific accident,” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco previously told The Denver Post.
