When and where Godzilla spawns in Fortnite, and how to become Godzilla explained
To become Godzilla in Fortnite, you’ll need to find a portal and be the first player to jump inside. However, a difficulty is the portal does not appear in every match, and only has a 20% chance of appearing (according to HYPEX on X, and an appearance rate which mirrors our own experience on the day of the feature’s launch).
How To Play As Godzilla In Fortnite
To be clear, you cannot die while playing as Godzilla--you'll always turn back into a normal player at the end of it, no matter what. From there, you'll play the rest of the match out as usual. You don't, by the way, get any rewards for having been Godzilla in a match, aside from the happy memories.
