Past experiences and self-confidence are fueling former Florida Gators star Anna Hall as she prepares for the 2028 Summer Olympics.

According to CBS Sports, sophomore quarterback DJ Lagway is unsurprisingly the top contender for the Heisman Trophy among Florida football players.

Texas and Florida closed out a weekend series at UFCU Disch-Falk Field with the Gators' 4-1 win on Sunday. That victory locked up a series victory for Florida (35-18, 13-14), which opened its first-ever regular-season series against UT with Friday’s 8-2 victory. Texas (40-10, 20-7) recorded a 5-2 win on Saturday.

Four-star Malik Morris of Lakeland (Fla.) on Tuesday revealed his final six schools of Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Miami, Missouri and Texas A&M. Morris (6-1, 225 pounds) is rated as the nation's No. 8 linebacker prospect and No. 131 overall prospect in the class of 2026, according to Rivals.

The college football offseason so far has been mostly unremarkable for the Florida Gators, who have made some modest additions to their roster while watching some of their top players leave for the NFL.

Will Richard and Rueben Chinyelu had strong moments in the camp, which took place ahead of the official NBA Draft Combine.

The game featured five ties and three lead changes, as the Gators led by as many as three goals twice and trailed by one goal twice. Florida earned its fourth one-goal victory and ninth come-from-behind win this season, as the Orange and Blue are headed to the Quarterfinals for the ninth-time in school history.
