No charges have been filed against the 49 individuals detained in a DEA-led raid at an Adams County warehouse; the raid was initially linked to a drug investigation and alleged Venezuelan gang activity.

The Drug Enforcement Administration said they did not present any cases for prosecution related to "previously reported behavior" of the 49 people inside an Adams County makeshift nightclub they raided in late January.

None of the 49 people detained during a Drug Enforcement Administration raid of an Adams County warehouse last month are facing criminal charges, Denver7 has learned.

The raid that happened on January 26 targeted a party supposedly associated with Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. In pursuit of more gang members, ICE raids have ramped up.

The Drug Enforcement Administration said in a press release that of the 49 people detained in the raid early Sunday morning, at least 41 were undocumented.

Federal law enforcement agencies, joined by local partners, raided what the Drug Enforcement Agency called a "makeshift nightclub" in Adams County on Sunday, resulting in 49 people arrested.
