Ten years after his death, the U.S. Postal Service is putting a well-deserved focus on New Orleans music legend Allen Toussaint by honoring him with a postage stamp in its 2025 Black Heritage

Allen Toussaint, a renowned pianist, composer and singer, is now on the USPS' latest stamps as a part of their Black Heritage series.

The U.S. Postal Service has unveiled a new Black Heritage Series Forever Stamp honoring legendary New Orleans musician Allen Toussaint (1938-2015), a visionary whose work in jazz, R&B, funk, and soul helped define the city's rich musical landscape.
