No bike in park unfortunately. At least during my last few visits I have not seen it. Bukit Timah reserve near Wallace trail has a cross country bike track.

Go to nparks.gov.sg/gardens-parks-and-nature/parks-and-nature-reserves/sungei-buloh-wetland-reserve I recommend Kranji Express costing a standard SGD3 (there's concession for elderly and young children). Start at Kranji MRT Station and it will bring to the the Visitor Center (stop #2) or Wetland Center (stop #3). The bus journey is around 10-15 mins. For the return trip, do make sure you hop on the correct shuttle bus that heads directly back to Kranji MRT station...unless you would like to take a round trip to see where else the shuttle brings you (around 45 mins ride)...
