Have to wait 1,5 hours in front of the door. Nobody was reachable by phone. I was close before to book another hotel. It was needed to contact booking.com Germany to get contact.
Apartment was not cleaned. It was cleaned while I was there. WLAN was working after an hour. Climate machine was working after an hour. Pics in internet looks much better.

Absolutly wonderful stay, incredible flat, luxury bathroom , breakfast facilities and really kind host.The best place to stay in Turin, do not esitate to book!,
