Q:
how much does it cost to go?
A:
Cannot remember since we toured with a group and probably had the group admission rate. We toured the Colosseum and the Forum with Viator and it was a decent tour.
Q:
is the arch of titus part of the roman forum? do i need a special ticket or is a ticket forum/colloseum enough?

The ticket to the Roman forum covers Arch of Titus as well.
