When we went last year, there was no vehicle access to the bridge. The road was closed. It looked like there was access at one point. We parked at the front of the gate closing the road and walked in. There was some space there for parking and some vehicles were parked on the roadside. We walked down the closed road for about 20 minutes and then a few more minutes on a traditional trail to get to the top of the bridge. Very easy hike, until the bridge then it is up the hillside, but very short.
