I love the Finger Lakes area! We stayed in a VRBO house very near Geneva. We toured several wineries and visited the Watkins Glen State ParkFull review by NANCY K

There were no lifeguards when we went, but we went in anyhow. Beach area is okay. Didn't swim. Just went in to cool off. Don't know much about the swimming available in the area.
We are having our wedding and reception there this August 2017. We know that there is an entrance fee for our guests, but what about vendors just dropping off items and not staying, i.e., chairs for outdoor ceremony and the wedding cake.

No entry fee. Just a parking fee. You can park down the street without cost.
