We were just there this past February. There is no official charge for this beach. We went a few times. Once to swim and twice to walk at sunset. We were never asked to pay to be there. I would bring your own towels, chairs, etc. This is not like a beach in Florida or Gulf coast with chair and umbrella services. There are a few small food shacks-right on the beach edge along the road-which are very good by the way! Sherry's and CJ's. You can get food and drinks there. Also a small bar across the street and sometimes a guy actually on the beach who will make you coconut drinks.
