Pine River Township is a civil township of Gratiot County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 2,348 at the 2020 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 30.8 square miles, of which 30.7 square miles is land and 0.1 square miles is water.
