It depends on the disability. As I recall, the Telfair Museum has a special entrance that would accommodate a wheelchair and elevators that go up to the different floors. I'm not sure if the Jepsen Center entrance can accommodate a wheelchair, but there are elevators inside to take you to the other floors.
