Yes, dead easy. Most scenic way to travel is to catch a ferry to Watsons Bay which will drop you right at Doyles fish cafe and restaurant. It's only a short stroll up a little street at the end of the beach to the start of the walk that takes you around the headland to the lighthouse. Check it out on Google maps.
