Yes free 45min concert twice daily , except Sunday. Monday to Saturday 12 noon Visit the second floor console and organist after each show) second show on Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday at 5:30pm (45min) & Wednesday Friday 7pm concert is awesome... they are all unique!

There’s a visitor information desk on the main floor of the Macy’s in Center City. I believe they arrange all the tours and special events.

It used to be every hour but it has now changed to every 2 hours. Not sure when this starts as they have several different start times during the holidays. But it is worth going especially if you have young children. Hope you enjoy ad we have for over 30 years it is a holiday tradition for us.
