This beach was very laid back and relaxing. Pretty expensive if you are not a resident or if you do not have a pass. There is a good amount of grassy area if you do not want to sit on the sand. Lifeg… Full review by Vinesha W

We visited this quaint, uncrowded beach during my 60th Birthday celebration. Since it is the COVID-19-Era, and slightly "off-season" there were only a few sunbathers around. We loved it. It's a short… Full review by Melissa C

Is there any grills in the picnic area? What are the hours for today?

It is sandy for a little ways and then rocks, mostly small pebble-ish. Nothing serious. I like Fontana but prefer Williams Bay. Also I have a parking sticker for all Wisconsin state parks, $38 from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources so with that I park and don't pay anything to swim at Big Foot Beach on Lake Geneva, that is where we put our kayak in at as well. If you drive out on a Saturday, make sure you stop at the Woodstock Farmers Market on the Historic Woodstock Square and pick up some fresh locally grown yummies for your picnic cooler. Enjoy!
