We went up to the main deck and the view was amazing! I recommend you go there at night and you could see the whole city of Tokyo with beautiful lights. Full review by Jacquelyn R

Worth a visit in the night to take in the Tokyo city view. The main deck is accessible anytime and doesn't need a tour like the higher deck and has a good enough view and priced accordingly. Full review by Suren S

There's no time limit, but tickets can only be used once for specific slot times for instance if your going to the highest level you cannot exit down to the bottom deck then return up …

There's no time limit, but tickets can only be used once for specific slot times for instance if your going to the highest level you cannot exit down to the bottom deck then return up again. But you can theoretically stay up there as long as possible but the observation decks themselves aren't big with no seats so it's designed to keep people moving.
