Hi Jody. We're glad you asked because go karting and ropes require minimum heights. A 6-year-old will definitely be able to roll in our human hamster balls and play laser tag, virtual reality, arcade games. You must be 46" or taller to traverse our high ropes course. Your 11 year old twins should be able to do all of the attractions mentioned plus go karting if they are 54" or taller. The minimum age for axe throwing at Amp Up is 14 years old, which is perfect for parents to get a little adult time while the kiddos use unlimited passes.
